IDS Smartgainer is a great weightgainer for post workout because its fast digesting, also ON ProComplex Gainer is good, ON 2-1-1 Recovery. Like said before that is WAY too much for one serving, I weight 250 lbs and I don't even take that per serving and I am tall, when gaining weight you don't want it to be mostly fat, and if you take in that much in one setting you will 1) Gain a lot of fat 2) Get very bloated 3) Stretch out your stomach a bit, thus increasing appetite which makes dieting down later MUCH harder 4) It will really effect your insulin levels, your body won't know what to do with all that in your system, the only thing it will know what to do with it is store it as fat. Cut it down like said before to about 4 servings.
