currently cutting weight...but looking for my bulk products for spring
is this stuff any good

it seems a little exsessive with 1860 calories and 300g of carbs in one serving, if you do get it you will need to split it into three or four portions a day it is way too expensive aswell because you get 7 servings for $41 so thats like $160 for 28 servings which isnt even 1 a day for a month. I believe you should stick with something like cytogainer or serious mass by ON

IDS Smartgainer is a great weightgainer for post workout because its fast digesting, also ON ProComplex Gainer is good, ON 2-1-1 Recovery. Like said before that is WAY too much for one serving, I weight 250 lbs and I don't even take that per serving and I am tall, when gaining weight you don't want it to be mostly fat, and if you take in that much in one setting you will 1) Gain a lot of fat 2) Get very bloated 3) Stretch out your stomach a bit, thus increasing appetite which makes dieting down later MUCH harder 4) It will really effect your insulin levels, your body won't know what to do with all that in your system, the only thing it will know what to do with it is store it as fat. Cut it down like said before to about 4 servings.

bsn are on trial about cellmass right now because it doesnt have cem-3 so stay away from cellmass because of this i personally wouldnt use bsn products because they havnt got inside them wat is on the label, so you dont know exactly how much your getting of wat. just stick to one of the weight gainers stated above and you should be fine as for the N.O it doesnt do anything for adding bulk just gives you energy and a pump although it varies from person to person so trial and error is the best option imo and i believe u should just save your money or buy some creatine or beta alanine instead
