yes! Its a great stack, helps with delivery and recovery. I make sure that when I take creatine I always have a glutamine product as well, be it seperate or integrated in the product or a shake, whatever.

I'm personally not a fan of creatine because it gives me stomach cramps, but some guys swear by it. 5 grams of creatine and 5 grams of glutamine post workout should be sufficient.

Go ahead and mix it.
I remember hearing something from LBJ like mixing creatine, glutamine, and taurine together. It's supposed to act like growth hormone or something like that when combined.

glutamine's popularity has fallen drastically as of late. It seems that most feel there is not much benefit to using it.
