Ok so recently my shoulder was reacting up and I went to the doctor today and he said I messed up my rotator cuff and that I cannot work out for about a month and I have to do therapy and perscribed me like steroids for my shoulder. Not the steroid sterioids i dont really know the difference but its only for a week.

Anyways so I have just got some creatine,whey protein, fat burners, n.o's and some of them are expire on the
2nd month of 2008 and that only gives me a month or so to use all of them after i get back and I was wondering if I could still take them after they expire?

they'll be fine, if you can throw them in the freezer.

Just throw them in the freezer? Most of them say store at room temp. how long would they last if you did that?

the ones that say store at room temp , keep in your closet or something, but any of them that dont say that put in the freezer (*could ad up to a year), your protein, creatine and NO will be fine in a few months even after expiration date.

corticosteroids is what he probably prescribed if its not what you normally think of as a steroid. Jake is right, the freezing will stop all metabolic proceses that are going on within the containers, should stave off any microbe action. Same idea with meat probably.

um for about a month and I took most of the seals off because i started using them then i got injured. BUt some of them still have them on there why? and does store at a cool dry place count as freezable?

it would if the seal wasnt broken i would just stick it in your closet, if your only going to be off a month.
