i bought protien(whey) the other day that was expired 5 months i used 2 servings but i didnt find out it was expired til today when i was looking at the bottle.... is it still ok to use?

take it back... whats wrong with you, they have to replace it or refund it, expiry dates are there for a reason, dont risk it, dont wanna get sick dude.

it may still be ok since it was airtight etc, but yeh im concerned about ur health so take it back.

even if you used it for 10 days then realised it was expired you could take it back.

they can get into trouble for selling expired products.

the expiration date means they cant sell it past that day...but it is still good past that. i would say it is good for a another year, but if you buy a product close to expiring...you better get a damn good deal on it, like 75% off.

thats how discount suppliment stroes give such great prices....most of the time

I've had a few months worth of expired whey shakes because thats how I thought they were supposed to check, it didn't really cause any long term damage.
