If you don't feel like you have enough energy in your workouts then I don't think they are a waste of money.
As far as which one search this forum for NO shotgun, NO explode, and Superpump 250

ive used no - xplode, i allways liked it, but after 3 months of usage you dont get same results or pump, think the body get used to it i guess.

ive tried nano vapor, some have good reviews on this, i tried it i didnt like it, makes you warm for your, ur muscles do get ignighted, feels like your blood is seeping out of ur muscles, makes u tingly, an ok pump but taste bad, also makes you very tired afterwards.

im using armageddon atm, its ok, good pump, good strength, i think its strong so i only take one scoop, taste bad but pump is great, energy wise doesnt help too much.

i might try no- shotgun next..

goodluck with it.

yeah, you have to cycle NO products. I liked Nitrix a lot. I also tried ON Vassive NO and it worked really well. I hated NO Shotgun, made me feel sick and the pump was only ok. NoXplod works well, but I have a hard time drinking products, I like pills the best, and I like the effect of them. I do like the Gaspari Super Pump250 blue razberry flavor.

BSN Nitrix!!!! LOVE IT!! Great delivery, great pump. Disclaimer:!! I know everyone here (including me) hates Muscle Tech, but I have to give credit here, I like (not love) Gakic. It helps prevent fatigue and actually gave me good strength gains. I don't like the sound of that anymore than anyone else (but I got it for free so I tried it) but it works. Its a good pre workout supp along with BSN Nitrix.

the reason I still like BSN is because I have used their products in the past and they work! And the problem with lawsuits are that they are speculative, too many variables that could influence or caused the problem (i.e. perhaps there was a bad batch due to a problem in the mixing, or perhaps its the manufacturer itself trying to cut out/skimp out a particular element and save/make more money on a smaller supply) Don't know what is happening, just waiting till the dust settles to make any kind of decision or speculate about a company.

I agree with you my man. I have use almost all the no products out there and bsn's has worked the best for me. Although i have always mixed in 2.5-5g creatine monohydrate with it. Even before the alledged alligations. The most important thing is just cycle on and off them lol. 2months on/1month off or 2on/2off ect...

well skb I said before everyone gets different results from products, so in your case cell mass didn't work thats all, not necessarily bad product though (don't know if you were implying it or not, i am just saying).

yeah, i prefer cee opposed to mono, i like the delivery better and you dont get the bloat from cee like mono, so you don't lose the size from not taking cee like you do on mono.

id concider myself a hardgainer, so i dont think these supplements work very well for me in a huge way.

so myself i would not recommend cellmass, nitrix, but i heard l-glutamin and creatine cancel each other out and should not be taken together though they are put together in cellmass.

i heard that also, but I don't think anyone knows for sure. If anyone has seen an article that backs it up with scientific data I would love to read it. As for now I consider it speculation.

ive read the article on how they cancel eachother out, ill try dig it up and find it agains and post it here.

plus this guy i go to for my supplements, his a bb & he told me from the start not to take any l-glutamine with creatine products, his also tells me which supplements not to buy, i asked him why sell it and the manufacturer makes him sell it , he will just order less of it, ie products which are a waste of money.

yeah if you can find the article i would love to read it, I hear mixed things about it. There is a buddy of mine who owns a supp store and really knows his **** and he doesn't seem to think they cancel each other out (but thats not to say that he thinks they can't either) both of us have seen good results from taking the 2 together. However now, for me I like taking a NO product before and creatine after, it really helps with my recovery.
