As per the recomendation from lilbigjunior, I am going to be taking Leviathan from Palo Alto Labs (I just got 3 bottles today). Other than that I had good success with Lipo 6X.

Hey Tall HardGainer, let us know how the Leviathon works. I'm sure if LBJ says it works it works. I'm on Lipo 6x now, its pretty good but its the only fat burner I have taken so I have nothing to compare it to.

shall do, the nice thing about it is that it burns fat and increases testasterone which helps promote muscle growth.

they do not burn fat persay majority of them raise your metabolisim in various ways-> which means more calories burned

I found that they work for me, in the regard that they speed things up. The principle behind thermogenesis is that by keeping you hotter you will burn more calories naturally, and the stimulant in the burners will in turn get your heart rate up even more and again cause a higher amount of calories to be burnt. You need to do the work for it to work, obviously there is no miracle pill you can take, do nothing and get ripped! would be nice though. I don't like all of them, but Lipo 6X worked for me, and Leviathan sounds promising, so I am excited!!!!!!

ive tried lipo 6, it worked for me and anyone ive known who tried it, but its packed with caffein, which isnt good for ur skin or heart, and you cant take it at night cos it keeps you up unless you exhaust urself in the gym.

I would be a bit weary of the Guggulsterones in any fat burners that you guys are taking, do a search on them and you will find some debate as to there safety.

If you guys are already pretty lean, and just have a problem area or two, I would definitely check out Avant Research's Napalm

I feel that they work well, probably would work better if I was stricter on my diet. Gives you good energy too.

i think a fat burner is not necessary, you should just diet right and do enough cardio then all you need to work on is gaining the muscle you want.

For me one of the reasons I will take a fat burner (which isn't often) is when I want to get really lean and the reason is because my appetite is huge and I have a hard time consuming less than I normally do. I calculated that to cut weight I need to eat approx. 3,000 calories a day and what I am used to is about 5,000 and my stomach is big from times I ate 8,000 calories a day, and that fat burners help control and supress my appetite, which allows me to eat the right amount of food and not too much.

Wow, you have to cut 2,000 calories, and honestly 5000 and up sounds like something you would eat if you were chemically assisted...how big are you?

Your right Bull, but it messes with your metabolism not just the fat. It affects your whole body. Hydroxycut i think is a good example of one NOT to take.
