I have had that happen, its sucks, the last time that happened was about 2 months ago and i went face first into the floor.

arms are a great pain, but for me back swell/pain is awesome, as long as its the whole back and not just the lower back, which I get without going to the gym, lol.

nice, I have done legs and wasn't able to do anything for 3 days, my girl couldn't massage it, sit on my lap or anything, I had to use railings to go upstairs using my arms lol
