Are you having trouble sleeping yet? I knew a couple people who told me that this happened frequently.

should depend on when you take your last serving of the stuff. Don't take it any later than 4 or 5pm

the only problem with that wrestling is that most people want to lose as little muscle as possible and constant running breaks down muscle. Now interval training would be fine, if you wanted to incorporate running to some degree. Most people will end up doing the stairmaster, stepclimber, eliptical, etc...

heh sorry i shoulda been a bit more clear. but i really feel like as long as youre diet is dialed and youre calories are compensating for the amount of running youve done (correctly). its not so hard to run alot and not lose as much muscle. but i guess as usuall it depends on the person heh.

Or you could run pre-workout for about 20 minutes...

well for fatloss you will want to do cardio after your workout, once you caloric stores have been used up, and you are using stored energy (fat) for fuel, burn fat.

True, running pre-workout is just a little warm up run.

For warmup cardio is fine, but for fatloss, after workout is great. Best way however is in the am when you just wake up, drink 2 glasses of water and do cardio (no food) you use stored energy (fat). I always experienced greatest fat loss this way. If you want ultra fast results do the am cardio and after your workout in the afternoon/pm do another cardio session after you workout, results come extremely fast.

I find that running at night keeps me wide awake. May not happen for you but it could.

Also if you feel like your heart beat is beating extremely fast and you feel weird, I would recommend getting off the fat burner.
