Hey everyone,
So currently I am taking ON 100% whey. I love it, it taste's great and has low sugar and fat. But I want to start taking another product. Right now I usually drink a Rockstar or Monster before I workout, it doesn't really do much for me. I have though about buying a case of endrorush but its very expensive and has no mass benefits. I have thought about taking Super Pump 250 from Gaspari or Creatine Monohydrate. If anyone knows of any good products I should lookin into please let me know.
Thanks!

Well how about you add some creatine mono to your supplements you have going right now. As for a energy boost for your work out try no shotgun. It may taste horrible but there are great reviews on it.

A multi vitamin is always a good addition to help out with the deficiencies in most our diets. Other than that: creatine, flax oil, and BCAA's are all a solid addition and will help with your overall gains. Good Luck!

The over all Review of literature supports the viewpoint that multivitamin-mineral supplements are unnecessary for atheletes or other physically active persons who are on a well-balanced diet with adequate calories 1

1 Modern Nutrition In Health And Disease: 10th edition, 2006

Also i believe that some people are not reccomending supplementing with flax oil for similiar reasons as Soy Protein, but i guess thats personal preference. I would rather use fishoil.

Some good supplements worth paying money for IMO:
Protien Powders
BCAA's
Creatine
Beta-Alanine

If your not already taking a multi vitamin and fishoil supplement, I would add those first.

for creatine I would go with Avant Research's SytheSIZE, you get the benefits of both Creatine Mono and CEE, as well as added ingredients optimal nutrient partitioning.

for a pre workout supplement I really enjoy Controlled labs White Flood, and Optimum Nutritions Vassive N.O.

I heard Creatine Ethyl Ester does not exist. Is this true?
