Good, just make sure your form is good. Suprisinigly my shrug is mad heavy at about 600lbs behind the back. I use straps which helps the grip but its hard to shrug sometimes because the bar bends like a mofo, the only way I am able to get more leverage is I stand on a 100lb plate.

I weigh 250 and I do multiple sets of 600lbs and its not a max, I do about 6-8 reps per set. I also do 180lb seated shrugs after I am done shrugging.
