screw the monster energy drink, take N.O. Explode. It has even more caffine than pretty much most energy drinks, with out all of the sugar. It also has N.O. wich is one of the best supliments out their. Plus those other energy drinks will dehidrate u and most likely decrease ur proformance.

They don't dehydrate you, what they will do is give you a nasty crash after the effect of the caffeine wears off. As far as having NO in it, I don't know, I don't take those drinks, and if it does, then the drink is crap because like I said in another topic, NO and Caffeine cancel each other out, so all your doing is drinking sugar=BAD!

If the company knew that caffeine and Nitric oxide formulas cancel each other, they wouldn't have made the product the way they did.

Because their dumb! They probably think that by having both you will have a faster reaction to it, and get the caffeine into the system faster, the problem with that is that for caffeine to be effective in the system it has to have a higher concentration level in the blood stream, and when you have a NO product as well, it opens up the blood flow and increase blood count, so it makes the concentration on caffeine less, hence not as effective, and the caffeine will be fighting with the NO in regards to the blood passage ways, one will try to open them and the other to close them.

But majority of N.O products have caffeine in them. Probability is that there isn't that much caffeine in the product to cancel it out.

Well that goes back to the company and how much caffeine they are using. If its too much its a waste, if not, then it could work, personally I don't think caffeine as a preworkout supp is a great thing, causes cramps, and other irritable effects, just my opinoin though, some people like it.
