It's not that it's bad man...It's just expensive as hell. What you get for the price isn't worth it.

^^^^Cosign, not to mention you have to take a FUCK LOAD of pills, where you can get something better in a more compact serving (like 2-3 pills opposed to 16 or so). Personally I don't mind taking pills, but even still, I didn't like the Animal Pak stuff, didn't really do anything for me, didn't feel any better or anything from it, just a damn waste of money. Like said before you can get better, for cheaper, and in smaller serving sizes.

Expensive, and if you have to take a lot of pills throughout a day then your ganna blow through the container quickly. Give it a try.. If you think its worth the money then by all means- continue.

I use GNC Mega Men time-released tablets. (2 in the morning with breakfast). Ive used them for months and Ive stayed healthy so I have no complaints.
