i bought like 100 bucks of stuff on tuesday and it said 4-9 days shipping

i was wondering how long it took for you guys for it to arrive from the BB.com store...?

Creatine is produced in the body already, It's not bad for you, where are you hearing this at?

yeah creatine is not bad for you, as previously said your body allready makes it, just think of taking creatine is just replenishing the muscles of what you loose when you workout.

like rehydrating yourself you need water, for muscles you need creating, well kind of same example.
