In may of this year I went to the doctors and had a checkup for just a general checkup. I had blood draw and checked my liver and kidneys. The results for my liver where this...
Component Your Value Standard Range Flag
ALT 29 <36- U/L
AST 39 10-40 U/L

Just to let you know what they are the top one is this =
An alanine aminotransferase (ALT) test measures the amount of this enzyme in the blood. ALT is found mainly in the liver, but also in smaller amounts in the kidneys Click here to see an illustration., heart Click here to see an illustration., muscles, and pancreas Click here to see an illustration.. ALT formerly was called serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase (SGPT).

ALT is measured to see if the liver is damaged or diseased. Low levels of ALT are normally found in the blood. However, when the liver is damaged or diseased, it releases ALT into the bloodstream, which makes ALT levels go up. Most increases in ALT levels are caused by liver damage.

The ALT test is often done along with other tests that check for liver damage, including aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alkaline phosphatase, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), and bilirubin. Both ALT and AST levels are reliable tests for liver damage.

And the second one (AST) is this=
An aspartate aminotransferase (AST) test measures the amount of this enzyme in the blood. AST is normally found in red blood cells, liver, heart, muscle tissue, pancreas, and kidneys. AST formerly was called serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (SGOT).

Low levels of AST are normally found in the blood. When body tissue or an organ such as the heart or liver is diseased or damaged, additional AST is released into the bloodstream. The amount of AST in the blood is directly related to the extent of the tissue damage. After severe damage, AST levels rise in 6 to 10 hours and remain high for about 4 days.

The AST test may be done at the same time as a test for alanine aminotransferase, or ALT. The ratio of AST to ALT sometimes can help determine whether the liver or another organ has been damaged. Both ALT and AST levels can test for liver damage.

That was information taken from the website.
Last week I had another blood test (every 6 months) and these are the results...
Component Your Value Standard Range Flag
ALT 63 <36- U/L H
AST 54 10-40 U/L H

By the way...The "H" stands for high, and in each case I'm off the "normal" rating....

This is all right after the time of taking SUPERDROL NG!

What do you think this mean? Liver Damage? Is this type of shit normal??? I really need some opinions on this if you can...Thanks!!!

Get a good milk thistle product or a good liver recovery product that included milk thistle. The reason it goes up so dramitcally is because your liver does have to process the ph and most ph's are toxic to some degree (some more than others). I have heard the superdrol is quite toxic and milk thistle products should be used throughout the stack, but then again everyone's system is different than the nexts. Go natural for at LEAST 3 months, in all honesty I would honestely take 6 months off from ph's. Drink lots of water, take milk thistle and lay off a lot of products, stick to your basics like protein, bcaa, multi's, your fish oils and minerals. Good luck, let us know how that goes.
