hey fellas time to get some more supps and just was wondering what to get since im going into powerlifting? I was thinking up gettting Prolab's creatine mono, 100% Whey by ON, and not sure if i should buy any BCAA's like Xtend or Purple Wraath, any suggestions?!

BCAA's are a definate, ON makes a good BCAA, they also make a nice postworkout shake called Recover 2-1-1 its a lot of carbs and protein. I would also suggest something like ON Casein for nighttime and between meals. As far as creatine goes I have liked Gaspari SizeOn and I know a lot of people near me who have loved the Kreakaline, its a pill but works wonders, I am going to try it myself one of these days. ON though makes a lot of good products. Good luck, let me know if you need anything else.

just get you some micronized creatine monohydrate dont buy nothing expensive, highpower creatine has 1000 grams for like 20 bucks on bodybuilding.com its decent and cheap thats what im taking, a good multi-vitamin/mineral is a must, ON 100% whey, and casein or weight gainer if you want and ON makes both. And yea ON BCAA's are good as well like T HG said but i would recomend getting pills instead of powder its simple plus the powders taste like butt. but i wouldnt waste my money on anything other than that. you dont really need to waste your money on any pre or post workout supps. unless you really want to

also, don't forget your good fats and what not, so fish oil, flaxseed oil, cod liver oil, etc... very important along with a good multi like tapout said.

yea good call bro i forgot that i left that out yea i take 2 fish oil capsules a day they are rich in omega 3 fatty acids
