serious Mass. but yea you could get a NO product for pre workout to get you hyped up and give you a good pump but its not a must have and like he said you could definitely use a good casein to. cosign what everyone has said it doesnt matter what you take unless you are eating a lot of good clean foods.

Bust your ass in the gym!, get a good workout program maybe look into DC if you have some experience, or just a normal 4-5 day split. Drink a lot of Water! Eat like a Bear get 1gram of protein per pound you weigh and get a lot of carbs. but make sure your eating clean foods! and the size will come man.
