Over winter break i am starting my get ready for spring break nutrition and lifting plan. I read the cutdiet.com pdf and have a decent idea about cutting the fat and i hope to do well enough to get to where i want to get. Right now I am 6'2" 225 and have muscle and some vascularity but would est. my bf% between 17-21. I want to get as close to a six pack as possible and overall a cut muscular look for the end of march. 6 smaller meals a day, good fat, high protein, lower carbs and hard lifting and cardio will hopefully work. He is my question, how should I supplement to achieve these goals? WHat? When? and amount.
Right now i am on:
800 mg ECGC pill, 1500mg Krealkalyn and 500mg arginine before breakfast
Protein shake hour or so before lift
1000mg arginine and 1500 mg KreAlkalyn before lifting
3 scoops ON Post workout
800 mg ECGC in the afternoon
ZMA, multi, fish oil, 500mg arginine before bed
I am debating going on an Ephedra extract like Stimerex (sp) and am going to add some BCAAs as soon as I can.
Are there any other tips or suggestions that anyone has that can help me reach my goal. Hopefully this is in the right section and makes sense, if no sorry newb mistake
