GO TO AN INTERNET Supplement site, or GNC at this point...look for ANY BRAND of MICRONIZED (THAT JUST MEANS REALLY FINELY GROUND) CREATINE MONOHYDRATE. TAKE 20 GRAMS FOR THE FIRST WEEK, AS A LOADING PHASE. AT THE END OF THE FIRST WEEK DROP THE DOSAGE TO5 GRAMS POST WORKOUT.
