Creatines while cycling?

Ok well I've temporarily decided on a type of Creatine to take: this and this.

Do I take 1 kind for the loading phase, the drop off after 8 weeks to take a week off then start back up with the other kind, or should I mix it up and for my 5 gram days, take 2.5 grams of one kind and 2.5 grams of the other?

First off drop the cellmass... BSN is getting sued because it only contains cee or cm. And not the cem3 it claims. Second get plain creatine monohydrate from gnc. Not the burst or w/e crap they say is better. PLAIN CREATINE MONOHYDRATE.

SECOND LEARN TO USE THE SEARCH FUNCTION!

bro...it really is true. these questions get asked 5 times a week, so please before you post another thread listen to the guys and do a search.

im in a nice mood so heres your answer. bottom line, no more bull.

GO TO AN INTERNET Supplement site, or GNC at this point...look for ANY BRAND of MICRONIZED (THAT JUST MEANS REALLY FINELY GROUND) CREATINE MONOHYDRATE. TAKE 20 GRAMS FOR THE FIRST WEEK, AS A LOADING PHASE. AT THE END OF THE FIRST WEEK DROP THE DOSAGE TO5 GRAMS POST WORKOUT. NOW, IT IS OPTIONAL TO ADD 5 GRAMS PREWORKOUT, AS WELL...YOU SEE WHAT WORKS BEST FOR YOU. TAKE THIS DOSAGE FOR 4-6 WEEKS. AT TH END OF THAT, TAKE A MONTH OFF (4 WEEKS) AND THEN REPEAT.

Hey guys, haven't there been posts made in the dungeon about how actually "loading" creatine isn't necessary? I used to load creatine before taking it but I never do anymore and I haven't seen a difference.
