I have taken it a few times before but I want to hear what others have to say.
I also have heard it caused people to gain weight, it didnt affect me at all.

Im not trying to put on weight so I dont need weight gainers, I just want something that will help me with my str etc

why would you use this while cutting? the idea of cutting is to lose bodyfat so why would you take in extra fat with a protien source? you can get all the EFA's you need from other sources. muscle milk is IMO very overrated, sure it tastes good but calorie for calorie not the best casein source.

It has MCT's which are preferably burned by the body. Though i wouldn't take it regularly either, once in a while on a cut would be fine.

I don't like muscle milk very much to be honest. I would prefer just getting a glass of milk and pouring in some ON, or purchasing caseine.

It would be good for a low carb diet if the carbs weren't so high, 12 carbs no good. And Reaper, on low carb diets the amount of weight you lose is determined by the amount of fat and protein you take in.

On a regular diet I might take in 40-50 grams of fat, on low carb up to 160-180 because I only get in less than 20 carbs.

I drank the hell out of it due to my schedule because I could'nt eat every few hours. I'm a hardgainer and I did gain mass but also started to collect fat around my waist. Try leanbody by Lambrada they taste really good and have 40 grams of protien without any sugar or fat

The taste is great but I stick with ON! The fat content isn't high enough to have a drastic effect on you unless you are taking a ton of those shakes a day, and even still its minimal. I would stick with ON 100% Whey Gold Standard or ON Casein.

To tell you the truth Havelockbeast....I would not listen to people that don't have their real pictures up on their avitars....lol. There is nothing wrong with the fat content of Muscle milk. I don't know where you heard of that but I can only guess of a few places. 1. People who blow hot air out their ass. 2. Someone who works at GNC and doesn't know ****. or 3. People that are fat and take Muscle milk and eat like crazy and then blame their weak results on MM and not on their weak ass workout routines or poor diet.

Why the hell would a product that says "Burn fat" "Don't store it" have alot of bad fat in it.

Trust me...take it, workout hard, and watch your diet. The protein takes longer to break down in your system, but you get more of it. Quick "Whey" does not ALL REACH YOUR MUSCLES!!!!
