I don't like
muscle milk very much to be honest. I would prefer just getting a glass of milk and pouring in some ON, or purchasing caseine.
It would be good for a low carb diet if the carbs weren't so high, 12 carbs no good. And Reaper, on low carb diets the amount of weight you lose is determined by the amount of fat and protein you take in.
On a regular diet I might take in 40-50 grams of fat, on low carb up to 160-180 because I only get in less than 20 carbs.
