what they don't know is that the pro's are also taking gram doses of steroids a month just to maintain size/gain 10lbs lean a year (if they're lucky)

Most people, I agree, are looking for a miracle supplement. Kids in school ask me constantly "whats a good supplement that builds muscle quickly?". I honestly think Ive never felt that way, before i took something, i did heavy research on it, even with protein. I think the miracle supplement people are looking for is a diet.

km that is the damn truth, said perfectly if I might add. I get the same questions all the time, the thing about bodybuilding is that people are looking to win the battle, not even considering the war, everything needs to be quick and fast. Little do they know that if they do things properly the gains will come, be more solid and will be consistant and constant. Ohh well, people just have to learn the hardway sometimes.

Completely agree bro. Knowledge and being smart also brings the gains. I'm young so many people I know lift to be "cool" or ego lift- doing weight they cant do completely wrong. These type of people need to join the dungeon lol.

Most people lift to take supplements. When they realizes supplements aren't magic then they stop training hard, or even at all- This happens quite frequent at my school

or their diet is **** and wonder why they aren't making gains or slow gains or combo of both. Sometimes they say that they are getting fatter, but that just means too much **** in their diet and not enough good stuff.

Yeah but people may get a little fatt of of a bulk. A bulk done incorrectly is when they look like ****. Probably the biggest part of bodybuilding is diet, without it- slow or no gains.

damn straight. I know personally, I have taken off the past 2 weeks from the gym, and my diet has slipped a bit (more cheat foods) and my body added about 5 lbs of fat alone, its disgusting and I hate it!!!!!
