I've been using monohydrate for 2weeks now and I've seen no results.
I've been using 20g/day for 1 week and 15g/day for another.
5g when I wake up. 5g before w/o and 5g after w/o.
Since I've done a loading cycle shouldn't I see results? Let me know!
Sorry if this question seems stupid.

Give us some stats mate....creatine doesnt just magically work on its own....you need to combine it with apt nutrition and a solid workout split. So hit us up.

You'll see results when you'r muscles are saturated with creatine. What are you'r stats. Weigh can change the outcome of how much you actually need to load with. And also are you taking powder or liquid?

I,m 21, I wheigh 150lbs 5'7. My supplements are : protein gainer, whey protein, multi-vitamins, omega3, flaxseed oil and powder creatine monohydrate.
I don't know maybe it's me but I was expecting more from creatine like bigger muscles but so far no change at all. Maybe I should change from regular monohydrate to a creatine like Nutrex Vitargo or something. How long does it take for your muscles to get saturated from creatine?...Sorry if my replies are slow I,ve got a strict schedule. Let me know!

Are you weighing yourself week to week? You should notice some size increase on the scale. At 150 pounds you sound like you are taking enough. It's not going to be 20 or even 10 pounds, might be in the lower single digit range depending on your body.

What brand are you taking? It it -pure- creatine? And it usually depends person to person, some see better results than others at different times.

I'm consuming 4litres a day. Somtimes more but 4L is my daily value. Maybe I was expecting more from creatine. I'm under the impression that simple monohydrate won't help me grow. As I've mentioned before maybe I'm wrong but I plan on trying Vitargo in the near future. For now I,m gonna stick to monohydrate but yeah, I was expecting more from it like bigger fuller muscles and all that. I'm starting my 3rd week so well see how that goes. If in another week I see no difference should I up my daily intake from 15g to 20g/day? And yes I'm using "pure" micronized creatine monohydrate(GNC).

May I ask how long you have been taking Creatine, and how long have you been training for ?? How old are you ?

Like With ANY supplement you should NOT assume it will work miracles .... Its purely just to supplement your diet/fitness regime.

Why expect to see radical changes from Creatine because you wont ... When I was using it sure helps and I was seeing results in my strength and endurance but unless you put in the hard work you will see nothing from it !

I fail to understand why people expect fast results

And its recommended after the loading phase to only have 5mg daily ..... 20mg a day is load up only. You will find from most supplementation ... its not quantity ... its quality.

agree with almost everything you said poison.

the only thing is...that most is quality, but for creatine..if it is micronized and its pure creatine mono you really cant go wrong.
