May I ask how long you have been taking Creatine, and how long have you been training for ?? How old are you ?
Like With ANY supplement you should
NOT assume it will work miracles .... Its purely just to supplement your diet/fitness regime.
Why expect to see radical changes from Creatine

because you wont ... When I was using it sure helps and I was seeing results in my strength and endurance but unless you put in the hard work you will see nothing from it !
I fail to understand why people expect fast results
And its recommended after the loading phase to only have 5mg daily ..... 20mg a day is load up only. You will find from most supplementation ... its not quantity ... its quality.
