Hey guys i have been reading alot of things over at AM.com And hell this has caught my attention!

Supplement Facts
Serving Size: 3 capsules
Servings per Container: 60

Amount Per Serving % Daily Value
Beta Alanine
2000mg **
Cissus Quadrangularis 20% ketosterones 600mg **
Propietary Blend:
L-Histidine HCL, Betaine HCL 244mg **

* Percent Daily Values are based on a 2000 calorie diet.
** Percent Daily Values not established.

INGREDIENTS: Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide, Gelatin, Whey Protein Isolate.

Alot of people over there swear to the cissus being great for joint support along with inflamation. I want to now if anyone here has any experience with this? And i if so what are your results? I ask because i had shoulder surgery and if it can help i would love to give it a test run!

Not only that but the Beta Alanine is pretty popular also. Anyone got some insite on this? I coudnt find to much about it on these forums and read everything i could over there.

Thanks alot guys

Ive beenreading about cissus on sites from india the country of its origin it coms from a veld grape plant and the surgeons over there have been using it for years to help bone and connective tissue heal post surgery some sites describe it as a 3-ketosterone and some desscribe it as a 3-ketosteroid .I dont know if there is a difference. I am thinking about giving it a try

palo alto labs are a great company, i haven't tried their incarnation but i've read alot on it. i used their leviathan fat burner & it worked wonders even on a high calorie diet. with PAL i'm sure you can't go wrong so i'd say give it a try. also we have a few PAL reps on the forum, so maybe try to pm one of them about it
