I recently heard of how caffeine is great to take for your pre-workout. And today I was curious of the effects. Looking around the store, I was wondering which pre-workout caffeinated drink works best.
A guy I met at the gym recommended me to take Xtreme Shock or Endo Rush(I think it was this, not 100% sure).
But what do you guys recommend? and how much of it?
What I mean how much of it is this; he also included to maybe start of with Redline and take the whole bottle; half down right away, and the rest sip through the workout but one bottle = 2 servings and others recommend to take half the bottle only. So what are your thoughts on which drinks and how many servings?

Oh yeah, I was also wondering if that those drinks are not for bulking periods because it had something that said like 'Fat Incinerator' on the labels. And the guy at the vitamin store told me that those drinks (e.g. Redline) are to make you "lose weight" but who knows what vitamin store workers actually know? Anyways that guy at the gym also told me he takes those drinks before every workout, and he is also currently bulking. What is the truth?

I wouldn't worry about the fat loss thing since most of them don't have appetite suppressants in addition to the caffeine (Venom does, not sure which others do).

the most popular are probably NO-Xplode, Redline, NO-SHotgun, Shock Therapy, White Flood, RPM, and SuperPump. Shock Therapy and White Flood are the best values, but plain old caffeine pills are really cheap if the stimulant effect is all you're interested in.

id go with endo rush, ive had great workouts with it. the idea behind drinking half the bottle then sipping is to see how your going to react to it, they don't wanna be responsible for someone chugging one and something bad happening. I'd drink half and sip on it, if you start feeling sick or twitchy then don't drink anymore. for bulking i really don't see a problem with drinking something like redline, when talking about fat incinerator its talking bout its thermogenic features. ive never had a problem bulkin with them, and they never work for fat burning for me either.

A goood old coffee before protein? yeah.. um okay..

So anyways I'm looking for a less added supplement drink, meaning not all those things inside (creatine) which such as the No-Xplode has. I'm not sure which other have it in the list you mentioned there terp but I'm not trying to go on something where if I constantly take it, once I stop, I will become either lazy or very dependent on the supplement.

or a great one depending on where you get you supplements from is called clear shot made by ergopharm. chances are the don't have them so id go with endo rush, it sounds like its your best bet. if you want something a lil weaker try speed shot by ABB.

you dont need to worrie about fat loss if your not trying to lose wieght. just like most products they will make it seem so extreme, but you will only lose wieght if your whole diet is based on that. i like coffee when i wake up then an hour to an hour and a half i will have a RTD NO drink of just get a spike (my gym sells them so its easy access) but if you want, get some no explode, its pretty good, i liked it. i just found another way to get energy. most flavors taste pretty good. just try not to depend on it too much. your body will start to get used to it and you will need more and and you will go though it a lot quicker. but it helps for a good explosive work out. when you are awake then you will be more focused on working out and not the girl on the tredmill, lol.

it's not the creatine & other stuff you will grow dependent on, it's the caffeine (which you say you want). you'll grow accustomed to any stimulant & need to take periodic breaks. I have heard some peoplem say they haven't developed a toerance for RPM, but I've never tried it. again, if you don't want all the extras, take a caffeine pill or coffee as someone else mentioned.

like terp said... you can become dependent on coffee just as much as you can become dependent on energy drinks. just limit how often u drink them. assess your tolerance before you drink a whole bottle of anything. if you want just plain energy may be a speed stack would be good for you. if you want something extra to help you gain, maybe a pre-workout energy drink like vassive-no would be good for you. it tastes really good too.

you make fun of coffee but then go on to say that you want something without all the supps HELLO! you are describing good old java. So i'm thinking maybe it just doesnt appear cutting edge enough 4 u. Solution: find a shiny can with a cool name on it and pour coffee in it. No one will be the wiser and you will get what you are looking for a caffiene shot without all the other stuff. Like all caffiene products keep in moderation and you will do fine. not trying to bash you bud just trying to put things in perspective. Good luck!
