With eating 8meals/day won't I surpass my protein capacity? Here is what I thought for my diet;
4am: Gritz
6am: Protein Shake(Whey)(23g)
8am: 6egg whites, 1 w.w bagel & banana
11am: 1 1/2 chicken strips, brocoli & brown rice
2pm: Protein Shake(Whey)(23g)
4pm: home-made protein bar(23g)
6pm: Steak, Vegies& brown rice
9pm: Post workout Protein Shake(Gainer)(53g)
My supplements are: Bcaa, Creatine Mono, Whey Protein, Protein Gainer, Multi-Vitamins, Omega-3, Fishoil.
I wheigh 150lbs. What you guys think? See I'm strugling with the fact that I'll definately get a belly from eating so much! But if it's worth bulking I'll be cutting near summertime. |
