It works for me, though it wasn't the best pre-workout supplement I've used. I got better results from BSN No-Xplod. But for the price it's worth it I think. I also took it about an hr or our and a half prior to any workout, not the 45 minutes they recommend. At first you may find yourself getting nautious because it's a pills but it away.

Cosign! I tried this stuff for a week and a half and it did nothing. Not my favorite- superpump 250 is where its at.

All animal products are garbage and a complete waste of money. If you want something for pump, try these:
ON Vassive NO and/or Nitric Boost, BSN Nitrix and/or NO Xplode, Gaspari SuperPump 250. I have used them and loved them, anyone else want to add some jump on in, but those I found to work the best.

Stay away from Animal products though, its like lighting money on fire.
