I got a trial pack of Syntha-6 with Nitrix today. I just took it there as my post-workout shake and i must say, that was the nicest thing I've tasted in a while (cookies and cream).

I was curious; has anyone here had any good experiences with this product?

I used it and loved it,, but it is a Casein powder,, meaning it's slow release protein.. You need a fast release protein powder to use pre / post.. Use the Synta-6 at nite..

I thought It was a protein blend Chris? Yeah that is my favorite protein for taste. Love it.

Yeah its actualy a protein blend for fast, medium and slow digestion. It has Casein but It also has Whey.

Im afraid that this is BS sir, ive had the best gains since i quit using pure whey protein post workout and switched to a protein blend of micelar casein and whey protein on a 80/20 ratio. The amino acids run through your muscles very quickly and doesnt have much time to "do the job"

i used this for a long time, the chocolate tastes amazing mixed with a banana. cookies and cream was good at first but it got old fast

i've tried syntha 6, it's one of the best tasting shakes i've had

it's a blend of proteins of fast & slower digestion, it's a great product to take whilst on a cut BUT NOT on a bulk.

a friend of mine who trains at my gym has been on it for 8 months & it's helped him shape up nicely on a fairly high calorie diet

I love the stuff, its helping me cut up nicely. This is what I mix and its my favorite hands down, mix strawberry and banana (I take 1 scoop of each per shake) its AMAZING!!! Even got my friend hooked on it! Mmmmmm sounds good, brb, going to go make one actually, hahaha, but seriously I am, LATER!

it's called syntha 6 because it has 6 different types of protein i think. so its' not only casien

but i wouldn't take it if i were cutting personally. too many calories from fat.

personally, it tasted amazing but i didnt get good gains from any protein ever except for optimum whey protein. my gains have been skyrocketing ever since i started taking optimum 100 whey

truely, I buy most protein in 5lb quantities and if there is one available 10lbs (generally I find weight gainers that are 10) ON used to have a 10lb bad they used to sell, I bought that all the time, wish they would bring it back, or make a 10lb tub like most weight gainers. Something like ON 100% Gold Whey Standard or ON ProComplex in 10lb container, I would be in HEAVEN!

ProComplex isn't a gainer though, its actually low carb (at least the one I am taking) maybe there are 2 kind. But yeah vanilla custard is good though, had a sample pack of it and liked it.
