i've tried
syntha 6, it's one of the best tasting shakes i've had
it's a blend of proteins of fast & slower digestion, it's a great product to take whilst on a cut BUT NOT on a bulk.
a friend of mine who trains at my gym has been on it for 8 months & it's helped him shape up nicely on a fairly high calorie diet
