BA kicks ass, i tried it for the first time a few months ago, the entire time i was in the gym i hit it with the same intensity, i normally start to lose some intensity towards the end.

Thats what im finding. I use it now just like creatine, little lower on the dose tho but as regular as it. Great stuff. After roughly 2-3 weeks you start feeling the results. Gets a little ichy tho all over your body after about 10-15 minutes of takin it but that doesnt last long and you get used to it. Roughly bout £15-18 for 500grams and you only need between 4-8 grams a day.

4-8g damn what i heard was 2-3g/ed but i'm no expert or anything. Plan on geting a kilo after i get my finances back in order after Christmas, you know everybody be want'n presents. (edit: wow you can tell its the end of my night/morning)

Ive been using Kp3 by eiselt and had AMAZING results: it has kreatine purvat, beta-alanine and caffein, dudes from europe should try it

True. Its impossible to know the exact amounts of the ingredients. Definitely can control your dosages better taking individual supps. but its working really well for me so I like it. Cost isnt all that bad about $35 a container, lasts me about 8 weeks or so.

I only take it on workout days, preworkout.
Im on a 3 day split, sometimes I hit it 4 days a week
So I average 3.5 days a week
Thats 3.5 servings a week
30/3.5=8.5 weeks which is about when it runs out.

i'm relatively knew to BA, i wonder if there is any added benefit to continuous every day use?? Do you take additional BCAA's like during long periods of fasting on off days dee?

Ill look into adding that to my everyday supps. The supps I take everyday are Animal pak,bcaa,creatine mono, omega 3,6,9 and of course whey.

iv been looking into this supplement for a long time as well, it has been dubbed the NEW creatine. not sure how true that is but its getting a lot of good reviews

This is what the founder of DC had to say about it:

I sat here for a week thinking of writing up this little post....its very hard for me to leave posts like this....I'm always very careful of ever looking like "well that guy owns a supplement company, he is pushing products"....thats why you always see me say "get a good protein powder and creatine and only get other stuff if you have money to burn and experiment"
But I feel very strongly about this supplement. Everyone has been looking for that next supplement to come along that had the seeable feelable effects that Creatine did. In my opinion this is it...and I feel every DC'er should have it in his protocol as its going to produce strength/power and result in muscular gains.
The June issue of Muscular Development has a very good article on Beta-Alanine in it and its role as a Carnosine precursor. Its on page 204 and its the issue with Desmond Miller on the front squatting. So I kind of want you guys to research it yourself and make your own conclusions (so I dont feel like its Dante trying to push a supplement on you).
Just some obversations: it can be a little bit uncomfortable right off the bat using this supplement, it can give you a slight feeling of being sunburnt (for some reason I feel that in the face).....and I guess a feeling of being a little bit edgey/anxious (although the sunburnt feeling is more noticeable) but by day 7-10 I feel most of you will be thinking "Wow Im grinding through these poundages like butter, that I used to struggle with"
The same doctor who brought forward Creatine to the bodybuilding world has been the main pioneer behind Beta-Alanine which should count for alot. Potent dosages used have been in the area of 3.5 to 6.5 grams a day (Personally Im at 5 grams)
Im trying to figure out a way to put this into some peoples hands on this board (fairly) like Ben Hartman and others who I would like to see experimenting with it....and I might throw a 100gram bottle in with the discount code winners this month (let me think about it first) as Ben, Easto, Future, and others are usually on that list.

yeh ive seen it in muscle mags and online alot. Ive been using it for just over a month now and although that would seem a little soon for seeing results ive gotta say ive seen great results. Everything has gone up and i can train for longer without feeling tired or fatigued early. Bench, dead lift, curls the lot have gone up and i can do more reps. for instance today i managed 4 sets for 8 reps with 90lbs dumbells on my chest press when before i could only do one full set and 4 reps on my second. Im like totally wowed by this and i cant wait for time to pass a little more for my strength to go up even more. I use this now as an essential and will continue to buy it just like whey and creatine.
