wats up guys i was looking through supplements the other day and i passed a supplement named russian bear by vitol......has anyone used this,or know if its a good product let me know thanks

It's like Russian Bear 5000 or something.. right? No I would not recommend it because there is only a few servings per container and they make outrageous claims like "gain no fat."

I would recommend cytogainer as a supplement to a solid, consistent diet.

Don't be trying the Russian Bear 5000 protien powder, I gained 10lbs. from 1 tub of that stuff good **** heavy on the kcals but if your bulking up you BULK!
