hey guys, im 15 and i have a question about superpump 250 from gaspari. it says not intended for under 18. so does this mean it wont work at all on ages under 18>? or just its not safe. ?

at your age you should also be focusing on the foundation of a good solid diet. don't fall into the trap that most young guys your age will do and think supplements are some god send which will make you put on weight and get huge.

yeah be careful with the stimulant side. I dont think you should be taking in that much caffeine, may cause anxiety. Mabey look at MHP Trac. It has no Caffeine

^ thats why i said follow the label, but in reality superpump wouldnt be any worse then the energy drinks marketed toward teens.

Depends on the person. Even more so teens. I know a lot of people that have had anxiety attacks from there NO supplements containing 2-300 mg of caffeine at one serving. I remember La brada supercharge when it first came out recomended 2 scoops for 300mg per serving. After some complaints they changed it to the now 1 scp per serving and 2 scps at your own risk for and intense workout. lol

But your right follow the direction but be careful if your uner 18. You may be a little more sensitive.

lol sounds good. When I need to I pop some Vasopro. That stuff gives me a great workout not to mention great pumps from the extra oxygen.

I took it for a while and im also 15. For me, my body got really used to it after a tub, I layed off of it then got another tub. It gave me a great pump, but when I would take 3 scoops, it would keep me up at night, but other than that I didn't see any other side effects.

disagree a bit with you there, a good diet it number one and should not be bent for sups but they do help and used in the right way with a good diet and training are very affective

I've never taken any suppliments outside of powdered protein, but even then, I didn't continue using it for more than a month. And I'd venture to say I'm one of the biggest guys here.

Lets face it ... your every day energy drink such as Redbull isnt good ! Esp redbull ! I heard on the news some guy was involved in a serious RTA vecause he had consumed around 4 cans of redbull

WAYYY too much caffeine and other sh*t redbull contains ! which is why i dont drink it myself ! Anxiety .. raised heart beat ... etc to name a few !

So superpump probably isnt going to harm you as long as you keep under the recommended dose ! To test your tolerance just take 1 scoop to start with.

Keep yourself educated in supplements and you cant go wrong !

i agree with beef if you eat right you shouldnt need it till later on in your training life and it says not for under 18s for a reason

I expect with most members who ask about a supplement and have most probably have already ordered or are currently taking it, rather than researching into the supplement of interest !

This age is still way too young to even consider supplements ! Esp N.O !

Yeh doesnt surprise me he had a stroke ... thats pretty much an Over-dose of caffiene etc in anyones standards . not to mention iratic heart beat and you can guess the rest !

the purpose of supplements is all in the word, to supplement a diet. good food should be the core of your diet bulk then cut and i personally decided to take supplements after my gains slowed down.. i havent gone further than creatin and protein yet and for now just sticking with protein lol.. dont make supplements the root of your diet.. nothing can replace wholesome foods
