obviously you want to take the supplement, so take it. just follow the directions. im sure anything not approved by the fda would suggest anyone under 18 not to take it, legal reasons i bet. but if you were too young to lift then i'd say no. when i was 15 i took creatine and ephedra all the time, and thats a lot stronger ten caffine. its not like steroids so it wont **** your hormones up or anything. it will just give you a boost in energy, strength and a little more confidence. i would say also i agree with everyone as far as getting a good diet to see best results and be safe, learn about carbs and other things to benifit you pre-work out and others post workout. drink a lot of water. when you urinate clear then you most likely are very hydrated. so just listen to your body and dont get carried away.
