Ok. First off I'm on a bulk diet. My weight is 140lbs. And I'm currently eating 140g of protein per day. About 100-180g/depending of carbs.
But my question is if I should take my protein shake "included" in my maximum 140g of protein/day or should I eat 140g protein from food and include my protein shakes on top of the 140g of protein(140+22g per shake x2 = 184g)
Let me know!

well your trying to bulk up right? whats your goal weight your trying to get? if you want to be 160 pounds you have to eat like your 160 pnds. so meaning you would have to consume around 160 grams of protein a day. but thats only if you go by 1 gram of protein for 1 pound of bodyweight.

^ i agree with MG on this one. If you want to be 10 lbs heavier you gotta eat like your 10 lbs heavier... this doesnt mean jump right into it though, slowly increase your caloric intake, allow your body to catch up, then repeat.

alright. thanks for the info.
as for my goal I wanna switch from medium t-shirts to xl of pure muscle. This will take a few years but I'm comfident with perceverance and a well established diet/training&supplementation I will do it. I gotta stay focused! I've increased my strength and size in 3 months going from 120lbs to 140lbs.
Long Live BB!

nice gains, just remember bbing is a marathon, not a sprint. Stay focused and you'll see the results you want in no time.

It's not that much money though, we get more food for less money since we aren't spending cash on cake and juice and chips and all that other crap.

thats true. eating bad costs my man! but...eating healthy is also $$$$.
Since I started training (3months ago) I've been spending 500$/month only on food for me and my girl. Thats about 150$ more per month than we used to eat. Thats not even counting the supplements I,m taking. Imagine. LOL.
Good thing I've got good paychecks.
