first, im sorry for the downright retardedness of anything i might say, but i dont know jack **** and im lookin for some input and the guys here seem to know just about everything about everything, and responses are quick.

my main concern is, im about 10lbs under my max weight, so im not lookin to gain any weight, unless i just have to

alright, my goals are to get stronger, well thats it just whatever is gonna help me get stronger aside from just working out everyday, id like to gain more muscle while at the same time losing about 25lbs

im currently taking absolutely nothing and just curious about what u guys think is the best "stack" i guess thats what u call it

plz include vitamins, certain foods and just anything u think would be helpful

im very new to working out and im not sure if what im doing is what i should be doing

current weight - 175 goal is - 150

Well, when you lose weight, the drawback is that you will undeniably lose some muscle mass. There's no way arround that.

It's the same when people say "I WANNA BE HUGE!...but I don't want to gain any fat..." To get bigger and more muscular, you need to put weight on.

In this case, you want to lose fat, but put more muscle on. You can't bulk AND cut. You need to pic. If you want to lose weight, you need to be eating 7 - 8 meals a day. You need to be doing 45 minimum mintues of cardio per day. You need to be also using lighter weights with more reps. More reps with less weight will tone the muscle. After you lose your weight, then you can worry about getting bigger, but for now, what's more important...Getting more muscular or Losing more weight?

Wait until Freak gets here, he'll help you out.

Lose 2lbs/wk max, 1 would be better, check out Layne's pre contest article in the nutrition sticky section or natural bodybuilding sticky.

Whey Protein
Mulitvitamin
Creatine
EFA oil supplement
BCAA supplement

You really have to decide on what you want. You want it all and theres nothing that is gonna give you that. Even with AAS you'd have to work out. If your losing weight your not going to gain much if any muscle like Beef said, its normal to lose muscle during weight loss even with the greatest diets. And strength gains are easier to get while gaining or mantaining weight than losing.

Before you get any supplements, make sure your diet is your main priority. First make sure you have a proper diet, then start to include supplements. The ones mentioned are a must.
Protein: boneless skinless chicken breasts, tuna (water packed), fish such as salmon, eggs, cottage cheese non fat or low fat, turkey, steak, yogurt, extra lean ground beef, peanut butter (natural).

Complex Carbohydrates: oatmeal, sweet potatoes, whole wheat bread, brown rice, potatoes, beans.

Good fats: Natural peanut butter, fish oil, flaxseed oil, olive oil, nuts.

As for fruits: bananas, apples, grapefruit, strawberries, blueberries, oranges, etc.
To maintain as much muscle mass without losing it while cutting, consume 1.2 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight.

You or Zomb can correct me if I am wrong but I am 95% sure that if you exceed the weight class you can have them test your body fat and if you are under a certain percentage you will be fine.

Just keep track of your body fat so you can adjust your calories accordingly. Layne's article covers absolutely everything. Good luck, let us know if you have any questions.

Bulking doesnt necessarily mean that your going to go up in your BF% your body composition changes as you gain LBM. The more LBM you add the lower your BF% will be. So clean bulking is the best way to change your body composition, clean bulk and a slow cut (to minimize muscle break down, 1-2lbs/week). Just eat heavy and clean, lift heavy/hard, sleep... and you will watch your body transform into a more ideal physique.
