Would it be a good idea to mix all these powder products in one? Taurine, Beta-alanine, Creatine and Whey for pre and post workout? Will any of them cancel each other out or will they be fine
For beta-alanine it says on the packet to take 1-1.5grams 45 minutes before exercise. But ive read up about it and for a 200 pounder and above you should be consuming between roughly 5-8.6grams daily.
For taurine it says take 1 gram 30 minutes before your workout as a focus and cell volumizer or 30 minutes before bed as a neurotransmitter. Is one gram enough? coz if it is WOW coz ive got 500grams of it for only £11.68 **** gunna last me months WOOP
