Would it be a good idea to mix all these powder products in one? Taurine, Beta-alanine, Creatine and Whey for pre and post workout? Will any of them cancel each other out or will they be fine

For beta-alanine it says on the packet to take 1-1.5grams 45 minutes before exercise. But ive read up about it and for a 200 pounder and above you should be consuming between roughly 5-8.6grams daily.

For taurine it says take 1 gram 30 minutes before your workout as a focus and cell volumizer or 30 minutes before bed as a neurotransmitter. Is one gram enough? coz if it is WOW coz ive got 500grams of it for only £11.68 shit gunna last me months WOOP

Well I don't like the idea of taking a single amino acid with whey. Why are you taking taurine are you on clen or something?

People who take clen have to take taurine (because it is depleted while on clen) in order for t4 to be converted to t3.

I've been taking something very similar (I take my creatine post w/o) & it's been working well. I D/N know about taurine & clen before buying it, just that a lot of people recommended it, it was cheap, & it was in every pre-w/o supp I looked at.
