Ive bought 2 products on the past that were PVL.
Esterfied creatine stack c3.
and lean gain whey.
the lean gain has help but the post work out creo was fuken shit .
anyone else familiar with their products.

any type of MIRCONIZED creatine monohydrate should be fine...try another type.
