this supplment called "con-cret" creatine. the guy at gnc was trying to sell me some he says there no side effects...and i was like what kind of side affects? he said like water into your muscles! then i was like what else. he said i dont have to cycle on and off of it. then iw as like you dont have to cycle on and off any type of creatine. your body makes it naturally. and water in muscles? wtf...r u kidding me!! lol

The guy is an idiot, don't buy at gnc there are plenty of great places online. Stick with a basic creatine monohydrate.

i've actually been using samples of con-cret i got at the O. it's great stuff! very small doses, virtually no water retention or bloating. I love the stuff. When I use it pre-workout I get a great pump too.

I think GNC might be the only place that sells it right now though...

Yeah GNC is a horrible place to look for supplement guidence. At least you knew your stuff to raise the bullshi* flag. I have heard about that product but havent really heard of reviews.

i got free samples of con-cret. personally i like it, i quit taking my mono to see how it would compare and it definetly made me leaner. and it is very small dosages. i only had to take 2 teaspoons a day. i would use it if i were trying to lean down but since i am bulking ill stick with good old fashion monohydrate. if anyone is interested in trying it i beleive you can still get a free sample at their website.

WOW! everyone seems to hate GNC. i manage a GNC there is huge difference between a corp store and a franchise store. our owners believe in education. i have degree in exercise science, and i have certifications in sports nutrition and personal training. i have won 2 npc national qualifiers in the last 4 years. not bragging on myself but it sucks hearing all the haters. we have everyday low pricing that is competive. cellmass 36.99, no xplode 39.99, muscle milk 25.99, these are everyday prices not gold card prices. we are trying to change our image. please be open minded.

if their image was squeeky clean in the first place we wouldn't need to be open minded & you wouldn't have to try to change your image...99.9% of ppl don't shop at GNC coz 99.9% of guys that work there are morons...no pun intended bro but understand where we're all coming from, most workers there don't know jack **** all

fair enough. GNC has changed owners a while ago and they have brought in everyday low pricing and well beat any retail stores prices on anything we sell. if your doesnt have these prices then they are being shady. and i apologize for that.
