i have a soy protein, whey and casein...i always take the whey after a workout..and i heard that its good to take the casein before going to bed and i also take a multivitamin with breakfast... so i was thinking i could take the soy with breakfast too.....would all this be good???

i have heard that there are studies linking soy to lowering your test levels. I dont know the validity of those statements just food for thought

Yeah, soy = boobies. Ok no not really but it does promote estrogen increases. Stick with whey
