Im not 100% sure but I wouldnt think so. Now I have had a friend was taking a NO/Caffeine supplement caompared to like super pump and No xplode and had anxiety attacks and the doctor explained that he was consuming too much caffeine for what his body can take. Different people have diff tolerences.

If its just staright mono I think you will be OK.

my gf has serious anixiety problems. she is on 90 mgs of cymbolta a day. and has a prescription of xanax just in case a painic attack happens. so i've seen how it can affect a person. i'm sorry to hear that it has creeped its way into your life but hopefully you get the proper treatment and dont let it take over your life! I'm glad to hear that your getting back to training that can be the best thing for you! just be sure to stay away from the caffeine it is exactly what you dont want

dehydration can cause mood swings.

creatine can dehydrate you if you drink enough water.

creatine mono has no bearing on anxiety, trust me, i have been using creatine mono for 15 years, i take lexapro 10 mg. once a day and xanax when needed daily, usually at night, the only things that effect my anxiety are extra stimulants, so i strive to not take anything that will cause anxiety problems, caffine for sure is a bad idea, but it can be tolerable also, but its the pre workout products loaded with stimulants that i cannot use, other wise stay hydrated while using creatine and it wont bother your anxiety problems.. i also use a product called phenadrine that causes no reaction with my anxiety or my meds, and its a great prework out and fat burner, there is a link in my signature if you want to read up on it,, good luck with your anxiety bud, i know exactly where your coming from!!

hey guys im so glad i found this discussion.im new to this site but have been studying supplaments for 11yrs now and how theyh affect the body.being an ectomorph i nearl gave up trying to build up i tryed the top protien supps on the market with no result.

one thing i wanna say about no xplode is that it is a dangerous supp in combination with a highly absorbed creatine and and amino acids to stimulate and dilate the veins its no good at all.yes BSN made the ultimate muscle builder but if u gonna take no xplode u might as well take steroids they are alot safer trust me.so many of my mates have went to the emergency wards over this particular supp because it is just to powerful and most the time the heart cant take it with all the caffiene.

and as for anxiety dont blame the creatine blame the arginine.arganine has a history of causeing anxiety and dormant mental illness such as manic depression and so on and if your heart is beating at a milion miles an hour sometimes it might just stay up and then u freak out because your heart rates beating so fast.

i weighed 60kilos at 25 i am now 26 and weigh 90kilos and people think im on steroids cause im real muscular but still very small compared to pros haha:).

but how i did it was taking pea protien i found it was better on my stomach(and no im not a pea protien sales man.

everyday i ate 6 meals consisting of gluten free pasta im not gluten intolerant but when u eradicate things that slow the digestion process thats one less thing your body has to fight with and therefore better muscle production.i also ate 3 chicken breasts a day.

plus i drank a globe of brocolli juiced all day.brocolli improves digestion opens up the viens naturally and gives u tramendous energy for some reason i dont know but put it this way before i started drinking brocolli juice i could lift 55kilos on my arms 2 weeks later i was doin 60kilos.dont know why but i noticed strenght from nowhere.

and the last thing was lifting real slowly like 4 seconds up and 4 seconds down i had 6 yrs to try everything and i did till i found what builds big muscle.

i didnt even eat heaps of protien probably only 120grams a day and im still on 120grams and growing bigger.
my doctor told me the most valuble information i could of ever learned and that is u dont need heaps of protien to build muscle if u have to much it dosnt get used anyway and u over burden your digestive system.

digestion is key if u balance the acid/alkaline in your stomach through alot of greens u can get as big as u want, also insulin is a big factor to cut all sugar out completely and watch how fast u grow.
anyway thanx for listening guys im not a bodybuilder but hope to be one someday even if a bit small:)

also creatine mono is the safest creatine i think may not be as affective in short term but thinks its the same as any creatine in long term and u dont have to worry about upseting your heart.:)

also mike i know it sounds stupid but cut a globe in half of broccoli and juice it then put a bit of water in cup and drink it and see how u feel.i was taking the best vitamins money could buy and i mean the best.custom made and i had anxiety and still had brain fog and alot of anxiety and when i started drinking brocolli juice it all went away man.like i said i dont know why my mate was badly depressed with anxiety and he was on 2 types of meds and he started drinking it and now he on no meds and is as happy as anyone.like i said i know it sounds stupid but man if u keep it up youll see.i have a few theries 1 it detoxifies the body 2.restabilizes ph balance which has been directly attributed to curing depression 3 it increases testosterone and cuts progestorone in half because of a compound broccoli contains. 4.mag and all the vitamins more than any other vegie.hope this helps anyway mate all the best.

hey mike,
lots of good advice bro, i agree with the benefits of broccoli 100%, its one of the better veggies, and i have started to eat it more in my daily diet, have not heard of anyone mixing it up before in a blender to drink, sounds kinda nasty , but if it works you may be on to something,
as far as the stimulants go, yes its better to avoid taking them if you have anxiety, and many of the products used for a pre workout supplement are not great for your heart, i generally dont use those products any more actually just because of the extra anxiety feelings i get when jacked up on stimulants, good posts mike!!

thanks mike.i meant to say juice the brocolli:) make sure u wash it good first then just chuck it sraight in the blender.youll only get a bit of juice even with half a big globe but mix it with cold water and ice and wait for the wake up call:).i have tried eating tons of vegies before but didnt give me any real benefits.when u drink brocolli its got no pulp cause u juiced it and its better than eating a whole globe man i dont think any1 could stomach that:).but yeh man just add it to your diet every day hey and youll see what im on about even put it in your shakes the little bit of chlorophil thats in brocolli will help with digestion to.anyway mike i hope it helps mate i was on zanax but i found it would take away my anxiety but when i missed a dose or my body needed more it would tell me with a big bloody attack:).i thought id never get over my issues man i didnt leave the house for a year.i tried every supp on the market but for every benefit theres always a negative or side effect.thats how i came across brocolli i just tried everything.i drank this brocolli juice and instantly felt happier then i drank more and more because it wasnt bad tasting and my body was craving the good feeling it was giving me.always remember man no matter how hard life gets theres always 1 out of the million supps or vegies for that case haha:)that will change your life and work for u.take care mate all the best with the training.

always a light at the end of the tunnel.

visualise yourself getting bigger and eventually u will the power of the mind overcomes all.(arnold swarzanegger) i know he took steroids but he was one of the greats and if he hadnt of been so determined and visualised himself succeeding he may never of been a great bodybuilder.

mind 1st
nutrition 2nd
training 3rd

never give up fight for your dreams:)

i gottcha bro.. whats that liquified broccoli taste like anyways? sounds nasty to be honest , but i agree about the value of veggie`s and their many benefits, broccoli has iron, folic acid, Vitamins A and C and is rich in cholesterol reducing fiber, the effects your getting are probably from its high
anti-stress capabilitys, so it sounds like your on to something, good info mike
