I simply changed my routine that was training 6 days a week into training one day weight lifting and one day mma. My diet is almost just proteins and veggies now big fish, big chicken, eggs and tuna and my protien shake, just a bit of outs and nuts. My weights are going down and am feeling bit weaker since I changed my routine so decided to give the no-xplode a try, I tried a one scoop today 2 hours after a meal and it was just a good juice to drink didn't give my any thing of great extra power that I heard about, although I heard that it's bad for brain because of the high caffeine and the heart because of the high blood pressure well any way if any one got any ideas please share, I should've stacked with the Nano vapor instead to bad I can't change this product now!!! any ideas?

Does any one prefer creatine? I was going to take it but always worried about it giving to much water and a bit of fat or I just call water into muscles also what's the best selling creatine?

first welcome to the dungeon

the reason that you are feeling weaker is because your only doin weights one day which you shouldn't really be doin if you wish to get stronger. try at least a 2 day split but preferably a 3 day split imo. I had the same response with no xplode i didnt see or feel any significant results either but others say its very good so probably just depends on the user the reviews you will be reding about have been exaggerated anyways imo. it shouldn't damage your heart or brain and if you feel it causing to much strain on either then stop taking it !!! i feel you should just keep taking it until its ran out then buy some creatine because creatine has proven results for everybody and it shouldnt get you bloated too much just stick with creatine monohydrate from any brand really

Thanx bro

The only reason I didn't wan't to get creatine is because it gives more weight of water, the muscle water shape(u know what I mean) and if u stopped taking it your weights will go down

NO Xplode and Creatine are two different things, and yes you can use them together. May i ask why you switched your split to one day a week? What do you do on that one day, your entire body? Do a nice 3-4 day split, with adequate rest inbetween. Is it because you are pressed for time?

i think i know what u mean by the muscle water shape but i dont think its anywhere near as bad as of what your thinking of and it converts into muscle after a while anyway so it would help in time what is it you are wanting to do anyway gain speed and strentgh for mma or just gain muscle size or ???

Ops, sorry I think there is a something I didn't explain, I meant that I train one day mma or bjj then the other day weight lifting for the whole week. Sun, Tus and Thur: BJJ OR MMA, then weight lifting Sat,Mon,Wed, Friday. I might change to do 4 days weight lifting then one day rest then do it again.

Just curious about a thing here when sparring or having a fight specially when it comes to wrestling my arms get pumped that I can't even push any more, some people say it's because of weight lifting a lot and heavy weights and you need to do swimming instead or more because weight lifting makes u tired fast because of the amount of blood going to your muscles while fighting. I'm not sure about this but just wanted to share what I heard

[QUOTE=alablangy;456575] with protien shakeQUOTE]

you mean excluding protein shakes right? those should not be substituted as meals.
