Whatsup guys i ust wanted to lsit my supplements and see if anyone had suggestions or anything.

Cytogainer (Gettin ready to buy some ON whey and casein proteins)
Creatine mono
Flaxeed Oil
Fish Oil
Mega-men sport


COncerning the mega-men sport, if anyone has any other suggestions for a multi-vitamin, lemme know. Thanks dudes.

for your protein i would recommend Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey protein. best on the market bro!

i dont think so. i just looked at the bottle, and it doesnt appear so. it just is a solid vitamin, with nearly 100% of mainy essential nutrients. i like em

i would look to add BCAAs and maybe some Milk Thistle.

as far as another multi-vitamin, look into Universal Animal Pak, contains pretty much everything u need, including aminos

flax seed oil and fish oil are pretty much the same thing just one is taken from seeds and one from fish. you dont need both.

current weight is down to 212lbs at just under 10% bf
