I just bought some
Cytolean. I haven't used thermogenics in a while so i was interested to see if they do anything more now that just giv u a bit of an energy buzz.
I took 2 tablets for my first time before my workout. BIG MISTAKE!!!

man after lifting for about 20minutes i was huffing and puffing like i've been running for an hour. Then i somehow finished my workout and started my cardio.
While doing the cardio... i couldnt get my heart rate up at all and felt weak but at the same time had an energy buzz. This was the weirdest feeling ive ever had. Im never going to use it during before workouts again.
At other times of the day it does the job. i usually take 3 or 4 tablets a day at it really helps in appetite control i find. Though when i take two at once i do get a bit of a headache but it goes away quickly.
Has anyone else tried Cytolean? What are your experiences with it?
