I use cell mass, inter-g protein whey, Creatine, Bsn, gkutamine. I shouldnt use half this stuff since im still a bit young but it actually works real good. I stopped growing taller so I tried new things. these worked best.

nothing here you are using is wrong for your age. creatine and protein are fine.

but please do not think your growing taller from any of these, these have NOTHING to do with your height.

To be honest I think Peek knows these supplements will not effect his height lol or at least I hope so ! But really Peek you would be better to just eat your very day normal foods with adecuate vitamins / natural proteins / carbs .... ! Its looking like 80% of your nutrients / foods are coming from products ONLY ! and not enough natural foods ! You really do not need such an arsonal of products to reach your goals m8 !

LOL yeh well this is true you never can tell ! Always best to double check.

cell mass, inter-g protein whey, Creatine, Bsn, gkutamine <<< I personally make sure I consume more natural food proteins / Creatine etc from natural foods than to start using alot of products as an alternative because thats the way it looks to me ! I dont just mean Peek here but alot of BB'ers seem to neglect wholesome natural proteins etc etc and turn to all man made products in my opinion which is not needed.

If you add up the amounts per serving of those supplements listed it really is a bit ott.

We all have different views on our diets and whats right for us as individuals so thats purely my opinion ! And I have a very good frame to show for it lol so come on I must be doing something right

bro im not criticizing your body. im asking you where you get the 80 percent from? what 80 percent? im just missing something.

i dont know what you are saying is over the top when you dont see his diet. the only thing i would say is the creatine, because cell mass and the creatine combined aren't needed. but i dont see another protein. he gives no diet info on his macro totals anywhere, so what 80 percent are you talking about?

oh and i addition, yes i agree with you saying protein is better mostly from natural food sources. However, creatine that is not a great option. an 8 ounce steak has approx ONE GRAM of creatine. so theoretically you would have to be eating 40 ounces of steak to come even close to the daily minimum of a creatine supplement. that is insane, and way to much fat even in a lean steak.

Its fine I know your not criticising me ... I personally wouldnt take the amounts of supplements Peek is taking .. If anything best just take Creatine as an only supplement Peek !! And consume natty foods more than your doing ! Because its looks like you are using supplement based products as a meal replacement which I wouldnt recommend !

there is nothing wrong with taking creatine and a whey protein bro. sometimes you need to take the whey to actually meat your protein requirements. especially when cutting, because you dont want the extra calories needed to reach your protein req.

Well yeh cutting would again " change " the way one would consume proteins etc but I thought we were talking about generally bulking up ! To be honest I really do not think there is a " rule " as to what a person should religously consume in the way of proteins ! Its a simple case of eat healthily and train hard ! Bodybuilding doesnt have to get technical unless you make it so ! So for someone who isnt really up on nutritional knowledge I would just repeat the above ! Excluding us of course
