i can read that all day long but it still wont change the fact that muscle tech products dont work as well as others and are more expensive than others. you may see some result with muscle tech but you will see better results with just about anything else.

the best way to lose fat is to take the recommended daily intake of calories for your body build and cut it down about 500 calories and do cardio 3-4 times a week. but if you want to try a fat burner i would say go with either hot rox or lipo 6.

hmm, I cant really count the calories for food you know? Like some stuff I cook and im only 17 so im looking for a fat burner that works real good or at least fast. this is basically my diet right here on a daily basis.

wake up around 6, eat around 9 or 10 something revolving around a grilled chicken wrap with lettuce, tomato, and onion in a wheat wrap.

come home around 2 or 3, grab something on the way like a sub or a roast beef sandwich, then i work till about 11 and then eat liek a cutlet sub then go to bed around 12.

ok for starters try to break down your food intake to smaller portions more regularly, for example, when you wake up have some eggwhite on wheatbread with a protein shake. if getting meals in is a problem then substitute meals for a shake, the best TYPE of shake would be one that is designed to help you lean up.

also try to keep your water intake high as this keeps the fat hydrated and moving and more easily burnt with your metabolism. in regards to fat burners look on the forums supplement store and see whats available some guys will say hot rox and some will say others but remember that a lot of fat burners base their effect around caffeine or some form of stimulant, just something to remember in case you are sensitive to that sort of thing.
