Hey guys, I'm looking for the best type of protein out there, one that has low fat. Price doesn't really matter as long as the stuff is good. Any suggestions?

Bottom line: whey protein is whey protein. Some contain more stuff than others, like amino acids and such, but if you just need the protein, it doesn't really make a difference what you buy. Just make sure you're getting enough. Supplement direct is the cheapest place I've bought from. ON is decent too.

you are half right. yes you should be getting enough of it, and some have a better amino acid profile in them but there is a little difference in the TYPE of whey protein bro.

There are three major types, Whey Protein Isolate, Concentrate and Hydroslate. Depending on the mixture of these proteins in your powder, your results can change.

Isolate is the best, having about 90-95% pure protein per volume.
Concentrate is second having around 70-75%.

The percentages aren't that different, but over time i'd spend my money on the best.

i like optimum nutrition. they have a ton of flavors and all especially low in carbs and fat. their pro complex has 1g of fat, 5g of carbs, and 60g of protein per serving.

A big difference between proteins are the amino acid profile, ON pretty much has a balanced complete profile, you might find other ones that lack certain aminoacids and fill it with other ones.
