Cell mass is good for recovery. I've done about a year of it with a few breaks in between. Remember though, cyclying creatine is not the same as a "true" cycle. It's only for allowing your body to not get used to it so that you may have some of the same effects as when you first got on it. For the last few months I have been taking "SIZEON" from Gaspari Nutrition. Trust me...just trust me...you want size??? you take that instead. Non training days you drink it before you go to bed, and on training days you drink it during your workout. In one week you will know the truth...

Creatine you have to do something of a cycle. The effects of the creatine start to buffer out as the concentration of creatine in your muscles start to lower.

I dont think its that the body gets used to the creatine, just that you need to reload to bring creatine levels back. And of course there is always that little fear in some people that believe your body "might become dependent on use of heightened creatine levels just to keep level".
