Red wine will give you more vasularity but your veins are hiding because you're holding too much water between your skin and your muscles. Arginine is the basic product that will speed up your blood flow and make you more vascular. Give that a try. You can find a basic arginine in capsule or powder form and throw that into your shake. 3G or 3000mg should be good. Hope that helps veiny dude...
