Same here. Too much fat. You can get the lite version, but whats the point really. Im back on just straight whey myself now. If your not getting enough fat from your diet then stick with
muscle milk. ANother selling point of Muscle Milk is for nighttime repair. Nothing special here, it just has some
casein added to it. I just use ON casein at night instead. No need pumping the fat content from muscle milk into your body before bedtime IMO.
It does taste damn good though.

Cytogainer. Well if your needing to gain weight its about the best there is. However, its got a shit load of fat in it. I would only take this stuff during the day when your active. If not your gonna gain a "gut". I took it for a litte while trying to put some weight on quickly, and it worked. It also has a great taste and easily mixes up.
Now I just stick to my diet for the gaining I need. If you think about it there is really no need for gainers if you plan your diet properly. You can control your macros much easier with a proper diet. However, if you dont have the time, or the stomach for all the eating, then by no means is there anything better than these products.
