right now im in my bulking phase you can say trying to gain as much mass til Feb. Right now im using Nano vapor, call-tech hardcore, fish oil, daily vitamin and my whey protien. and i just found good prices at nutraplanet that i can afford instead of going to GNC which only has a very limited stuff to choose from and nutraplanet and other places online have stuff i never even heard of. Im wondering on your guys opinions and inputs you can give me for better products thats worth the money. and if i need to add anything else to my stack. thanks

First of all drop all your muscle tech ****. Its over priced and you get the same results with cheaper products.

Plain creatine mono
100%whey From Optimum nutrition
Fish oil
multi vit
Casein protein(Before bed)
ON 5000 BCAA
A No Product-No shotgun, No-xplode

But first make sure your diet is in check. You wont see th gains you want if your not eating right! Its the number one thing you need before any supplements. Check out the nutrition thread!

When it comes to supplements don't just go with whats on sale, sucks to hear but if you want the gains and results sometimes you got to not worry about whats on sale and what isn't. But as stated before, drop the muscle tech ****, the products they make are crap. Secondly here is some companies who makes good quality products: BSN, Optimum Nutrition, Gaspari, G.E.T. (which is a bit more like a PH, if your of age and something you want to do), IDS. Probably more but I just can't think of it right now. Anyone else please jump in and give their opinions.

Anyways, food food food will always be the staple of any routine. Anyways good luck!

Looks great man thats the basic bodybuilding stack right there. Just make sure to hit the weights hard and you will be looking huge in no time.

Good luck man if you have anything else just ask.

no, its not to bad to do a cycle. but you don't need it. just stick to the basics for awhile and you'll become more experienced with what works and what doesn't.
